Product Features

1. It has good self-fusion and can be used in special waterproof and moisture-proof insulated and sealed places.

2. Good shape, easy to stretch and wrap, and strong plasticity. It is very convenient for covering irregular joints, forming a squeezing and shrinking effect.

3. It can be used for outdoor operation and used with PVC tape.

4. Good self-adhesiveness.

5. Excellent weather resistance and waterproof sealing.

6. It has excellent bonding performance to copper, aluminum and cable sheath materials.

Scope of application

1. Waterproof and insulation protection at the joints of communication equipment base stations, antennas, and feeders.

2. Urban power distribution network transformation, waterproof and sealed insulation of overhead insulated wire connections and branch clamps.

3. Repair the outer sheath of cables and cable joints.

4. Cable joint treatment of underwater submersible motors, joint treatment of underground cables of urban street lights.

5. Places where open flames cannot be used in mines, oil fields, and chemical and power complex facilities.

6. Main insulation restoration and lead insulation of 1000 volts and below.

7. Main insulation for busbar connection of 35kV and below.

8. Waterproof sealing of the ground wire.

Instructions for use

Clean the dust, oil and other debris at the cable joints; unfold the tape, peel off the release paper and stretch the tape until the width is narrowed to 1/2~3/4 of the original, so that the tape maintains a certain tensile strength of 1/ 2 Wrap the tape in an overlapping manner. After winding, it is advisable to squeeze the tape on the covered area by hand, so that the layers are attached tightly and without gaps in order to fully bond (note that the fingertips should not break the tape), in order to prevent the tape from being in the actual environment If it is worn out, it is necessary to use PVC tape on its outer layer. If necessary, the waterproof tape can be divided into different specifications so that it can be applied to other places.
