HBJ1571 radiation cross-linked snap-on insulation sheath is a patented product for reinforced insulation protection of bare wires, which quickly eliminates safety hazards caused by insufficient safety distance of overhead wires, floating objects, and high-pole plant growth collisions and lodging. Compared with HB1571, HBJ1571 has better UV resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance and abrasion resistance.

1. The material of HBJ1571 is cross-linked by irradiation and has a service life of up to 40 years.

2. The radiation cross-linking molding can make the product have better UV resistance, anti-aging, weather resistance and abrasion resistance than non-irradiated cross-linked products.

3. Equipped with special tools for installation, which can be installed by pulling it like a zipper, and it can be installed even if it is electrified. The installation is simple and fast.

4. The built-in creepage increaser increases the creepage distance and improves the insulation performance.

5. Built-in sealant enhances the sealing effect and improves the pressure rating.

6. High and low temperature resistance -40℃~100℃.
